 How do I get a password for STCU's NetTeller® online account access?
Solution

Give us a call at (509) 326-1954 or toll-free at (800) 858-3750, or chat using our secure LiveChat instant messaging service during regular business hours.

A Member Service Representative will give you a temporary password. By using the temporary password to sign on to STCU's NetTeller, the system will prompt you to select a new permanent and private password. From there, you'll be taken to the online account information area.
